RE: A Message to the Organization โ€” Year-End Reflections, The Path Forward, and Some Thoughts on Printers

Team,

As we approach the close of what has been, by any measure, a significant year, I want to take a moment to reflect on where we have been, affirm where we are going, and address a small number of topics that have generated what I will describe as "an elevated level of organizational discussion."

On Our Progress

This year, MandateDyne Global continued its mission of empowering choice. We aligned. We synergized. We pivoted with intention. We launched our AI-powered ticket management initiative, which I continue to believe was the right decision made at the right time by someone with the right vision. The implementation has provided us with substantial learnings that we are in the process of learning.

On The Incident

I have been asked to address The Incident directly. I will do so. The Incident occurred. The Incident has been reviewed. The Subcommittee has prepared findings. The findings are preliminary. A second subcommittee is reviewing the preliminary findings to determine when they will no longer be preliminary. I have reviewed the second subcommittee's timeline and have requested a timeline for the timeline. We are moving with urgency and intention.

I want to be clear: the AI system is fine. It is operating within parameters. We defined the parameters. The parameters accommodate the current behavior. I consider this resolved in a meaningful and documented sense.

Action Items for Q1
  1. All teams should review and align on the 2025 strategy deck, which will be circulated once it is finalized, which will occur once the direction is confirmed, which is a Q1 deliverable.
  2. The printer in Suite 4 will be addressed. This is a commitment. A ticket exists. The ticket is open. Parts are anticipated.
  3. Derek in Toronto โ€” please confirm your VPN situation directly with Todd. This has been open since 2018. It is now a Priority 1. That is not a reflection on you, Derek. This is a systems issue. We think.
  4. All employees are encouraged to complete the Q4 engagement survey. The survey is 47 questions. It is voluntary. Completion is tracked. The tracking is also voluntary.
Closing Thoughts

I am proud of what this team has accomplished. I am proud of how we have handled adversity, uncertainty, and at least two situations that Legal asked me not to name in a company-wide communication. I am proud to lead this organization into 2025 with clarity, momentum, and a renewed commitment to empowering choice.

I wish each of you a productive close to the year. I wish Derek specifically a productive VPN connection. I wish the printer a peaceful resolution.
