Why MandateDyne Exists

MandateDyne Global was founded on a simple premise: somewhere between a whiteboard and a budget approval, something was going wrong. We decided to be that something — but on purpose, and at scale.

Since our founding, we have helped organizations across six continents unlock their potential for unlocking potential. Our proprietary MandateDyne Empowerment Framework™ has been described by clients as "clarifying," "ambitious," and, on one memorable occasion, "technically a document."

We believe every organization, no matter how confused, deserves world-class confusion delivered with confidence and premium typography.

MandateDyne Global exists to accelerate the holistic transformation of enterprise-adjacent stakeholder ecosystems through the intentional deployment of outcome-oriented, people-first, data-informed, AI-adjacent, cloud-native, purpose-driven, scalable, agile, resilient, inclusive, and sustainable solutions — empowering every individual, team, and loosely affiliated working group to choose, with confidence, the direction in which they will subsequently pivot, and ultimately aligning on next steps to revisit the initial question.

Our Vision: A world where every organization has a vision. And a roadmap. And someone who understands the roadmap. And a meeting to discuss the roadmap. And a follow-up meeting to discuss the meeting about the roadmap.

Radical Transparency

We believe in total transparency — except for our pricing structure, our org chart, who made that decision in Q3, and what the Dyne division does. Everything else: open book.

Relentless Innovation

Our team generates 14 ideas per month. Two are reviewed. One is approved for further ideation. It has never been built. The journey is the product. The product is still in discovery.

People First

People are our most important asset, which is why we listed them under "Human Capital" on the balance sheet. We invest in our people through mandatory fun, optional learning, and quarterly pizza.

Client Obsession

We are obsessively focused on clients — specifically on getting them in the room, getting them excited, and billing them before the excitement wears off. Repeat business is the best business.

Accountability

Everyone at MandateDyne is accountable. We have a whole page about it in the employee handbook. The page is titled "Accountability." It does not define who is accountable for what. That is a Q2 item.

Sustainable Growth

We are committed to growth that is sustainable, measurable, and directional. We are less committed to defining the direction. This is a known gap. It has been added to the roadmap. The roadmap is in discovery.

Our Journey

1995

MandateDyne Is Founded

Founded in a WeWork that didn't exist yet. The founding deck had 47 slides. Three had content. The remaining 44 were "vision placeholders." Investors were intrigued.

2011

Series A Funding & The Rebrand Cycle

Raised $4.2M. Spent $1.1M on a brand identity. Spent $800K rebranding it. Spent $300K rebranding the rebrand back. Hired 12 consultants to advise on the process. They recommended a rebrand.

2014

"Global" Added to Name

Opened an office in Toronto. Declared ourselves global. The Toronto office is a shared desk used occasionally by someone named Derek. We are not sure who Derek works for. Derek has not clarified.

2020

Digital Transformation Initiative

Launched our Digital Transformation Practice. Added "Digital" and "AI" to 34 service offerings. Revenue increased 18%. Declared ourselves cloud-native, hybrid-agnostic, and digitally-fluid. HR is still defining what that means.

2024

The Q3 Alignment Incident

Following the deployment of our AI-powered IT ticket management system, a series of events occurred that have been described internally as "instructive," "significant," and "the reason we now have a Subcommittee." The Subcommittee's findings are pending. The AI is fine. We think.

Today

Empowering Choice, Globally

MandateDyne Global continues empowering choice. Our 2025 strategy is currently in development and will be substantially similar to our 2024 strategy, renamed, with updated brand colors and a new section on AI.
